Motion Blur Shutter controlled per object?

Hi Blenderartists community!

I have a quick question concerning Motion Blur in Blender Cycles, current version:
I have sparks in my scene, with a global scene shutter ob 3. But I have some moving rocks too, and they are fast enough to get blurred out so you can´t see what they atually are.
Is it possible to set the shutter or intensity of the blur per object? Because in the Object Tab I just a panel for adjusting the quality of the blur…

Many thanks, have a nice day!

Hi NGCHunter2
I have the same problem

did you advance somehow ?

You can use render layers and the vector blur node in the compositor to change motion blur by object. I assume your using the motion blur in the render panel. Use the vector blur in the compositor. Put your rocks on a different layer and composit them with the other render layers using the vector blur node at whatever speed you like.

I am afraid that vector shader blur looks not good see this thread

More over as I discovered in the thread

  1. Create multiple Render Layers put the wings into one of them and for just this one set motion blur.
What is wrong … wings do not react at the Z distance, either are in front of insect body or behind.
See img02.png. I tried to manipulate with Z node - no success.
