Hi all,

I want to set up a relatively cheap (~$200) motion capture system that can create basic animations for me. I know the Kinect setup exists, but Microsoft stopped selling the Kinect. I’m wondering if I could use Intel RealSense.

My question is how can I go from using something like RealSense to transferring the data onto a rig that I currently have?

Any info on any of the above would help!

I just got a kinect from ebay. they are super cheap, takes 5 minutes to set up the whole thing…

It’d be interesting to see if it works with realsense as well though.
