Motion LinV issue

you’ll notice that when you move, it’s real jerky. the motion script isn’t in use, as that didn’t work right, but either way, can someone help me out? i didn’t want to use DLoc, but using force gives a weird friction issue. my cube (mover) will only react to it’s own friction, it seems. kind of like four year olds only react to their own diction (i think its funny!!).

The problem you’re having is caused by the fact that you have “Add” mode turned on on each of your Motion actuators. I’m not quite sure why that’s making it jerky, but that is it.

but when i have it set that way, he doesn’t stop when i let go of ‘w’. Should i have an inverse sensor setting it to 0 set on w? i think that’ll do it, thanks :smiley:
