oh…my…god… :o how long have you been working on this baby? how come we didn’t see it in the WIP section? wowzie!!!

wow man the realism on that last picture with the guy standing on the tank is great!!! I love the license plat on your cycle. the mesh looks great, think some chrome would look nice (as always) on the engine block. so Env map it. great work.

Heh yeah i didnt post any WIP on it, i just finally got around to joining this forum (go figure).

The engine is envmapped, it just didnt show too well from the angles i shot from.

It has a total of hmmm 19 envmaps.

Oh yeah, and its been underconstruction for 2 days, and almost all day today building the scene and rendering.

Looks awesome! But one thing - how is it standing up? It looks like the little kick-out stand thing (I’m not a biker so I don’t know the terminology :P) isn’t making contact with the ground.

Some advise, when making a material that is Env-mapped make sure it has Emit, if it is totally reflective make sure emit=1 if you don’t then it looks very bad. Good work though for 2days of blendering.

Very nice env maps.
Maybe next time you could make a harley?

it looks to me as if the motorcycle is a foot off the ground, and the lighting isn’t right in the shelves (no shadows, for one)… Nice modelling tho
