Hello, I’m new here.
About 10 years ago I tried Blender but found it quite intimidating and never made any real progress.
About 6 months ago I tried again with more focus and I have been drawn into it - I now realise how powerful Blender is and feel that I’m barely scratching the surface.
Since then I’ve set some personal projects to build my understanding and decided it’s time to find a home for them while I learn.
This one is based on a typical hardtail mountain bike - I decided it would be a good starting point to model different shapes and just spend time getting my head around things.
I’d do some things differently in hindsight but that’s kind of the point I suppose.
Made entirely in Blender, rendered in Cycles (no pun intended) with minor adjustments to the final render.
