Move & Copy problem

Hi there I’m a beginner on blender.
I’m encountering some problems with my file.
When I select an object and wanted to move or copy - it does not work.

and gives me this huge pivot that is the only thing that moves or copy,
Anybody know what this is and why is not working?

this is the sort of pivot that get selected when I select the object to move it or copy it
