move frame on F-curve with noise effect

I had selected that starting at 100 keyframe to 200 keyframe and added noise with F-Curve modifer. Noise effects ended up automatically on 0 keyframe. I tried to find a some different ways… I deleted that keyframe and move keys but these are not success. I tried to adjust on Dope Sheet channel and not success. I googled up and not find any answer my issue here…I believe i missed something on F-curve since it should have tool to clear noise effect between 0 to 100 keyframes.

Restrict frame range in modifier panel should work. If not please post a blend so we can look at it.
