You did not provide a lot of information, but when I choose “default” values for the information you skipped, I get:
Resolution: 720 x 576
Fps: 25
3 Seconds = 75 frames
720 x 576 x 3 x 75 = 93312000
That’s 93 mo. You probably chose a lower resolution then
