Moving Pivot Point by Changing Its Coordinates

In 3ds Max, we can move a geometry’s/ model’s pivot point by changing its coordinates (positional values), without moving the geometry/ model.

To do that in Blender, I check the Options > Transform > Affect Only > Origins checkbox and change the coordinates or positional values in one of the Location fields:

But the object also moves. Is it possible to do it in Blender?

One way to do it is by using 3d cursor, you can type his coordinates in the view panel below item and tool.
after in object mode go object/set origin/origin to 3d cursor.
[~~] You can freeze it by: object/apply/all transform to delta.
