Moving the object center thingie?

Picture because I can’t explain things well.

Basically, I want to move that pink circle in the center of the widget to the center of the object. I know I can move the 3D cursor to the center of the object with the snap thing, but I’d rather have that center dot in the middle of the object if possible.

Also, quickie here, how do I do a poly count? Is that possible in blender?

Select the object and press ‘Center New’

The other Centre buttons also allow you to control where the center will be. Read the tool tips for an explaination.

Oh, that’s pretty simple!

Thanks a ton!

Also be aware that “Centre Cursor” doesn’t center the cursor, but shifts center TO cursor
And SHIFT+S is the shortcut for the 'Snaps" dialog box - in case you prefer working with shortcuts

Right. That’s what I meant.

And I don’t even know where the snaps options are in the buttons menu. XD All the tutorials that I’ve seen use Shift+S, so that’s what I’ve been doing.
