Found this forum, with the hope for help. I’ve been searching for an app with the capabilities to make those reels move but prior to Blender.org forum none stated capability. I went through many. I’m a Rhino modeler and have my site to show accomplishment : http://dlongsbi/fcpages.com/index.html. In this site one can see the frame anim I did with the reels but I’m looking for more sophisticated method. Keeping in mind that the reels don’t move in the same speed makes things tuffer but I’m willing to settle for a principal guide.

First you’ll need to get your model into Blender. What formats can Rhino export to? Blender 2.25 can import VRML2, and current versions DXF and other formats like OBJ, using a script.
