How can I view japanese character with Firefox?
I searched mozilla.org but i didn’t find anything useful.

For Windows XP: You need to install the appropriate Microsoft Language Pack. Google it. Also get the IME if you don’t have Office installed.

Linux systems should have some JIS X fonts already installed. You’ll have to read up on your particular flavor of linux to make sure.

Configure FireFox by going to View --> Character Encoding --> Auto Detect --> Japanese.
