I first drew this character a while ago and only recently decided to make him 3D. Still want to model a few zombies to put around and I need to fix up his rigging.

i like the style of your character. but i dont really like those glasses. in my opinion they are a little too big. while looking at your drawing, i couldn’t even see what it is… maybe make it just a little smaller.
i also like the cell-shading style of your render. but the lighting needs some work: you got some nasty black shadows going on (e.g. between the guy’s feet) and the side of the character that is not pointing towards the camera looks weird with its grey colour…
i think that character is great in a really colourful cartoon setting, but your lighting, the background and the ground plane he is standing on destroy that atmosphere.
but: nothing that is not to fix
