why does my blender hate multitasing? i just had to reboot again because i keep forgetting this. im getting angry. but im about to post my latest <first!> creation, so im happy and angry. <bounces around confusedly>

And we don’t want to know your operating system, Blender version and absolutley nothing about your hardware. Everything about other software you are trying tu use is allso unrelevant.
So everybody help man out, with info he/she gave it should be easy for everyone to figure that one out!

dont worry about it, ive taken it down to a lack of copious amounts of RAM / video card
