I am trying to create a realistic looking surfing wave.
I have unwrapped the surface, created basic water texture and wrapped back onto the wave shape, but now I am having difficulty adding any more materials to the object.
I want to add more depth and transparency to the surface than just the basic uv mapped texture, i know ho to do this using the normal texture slots but am lost as to adding texture/material layers and a uv map
Can anone tell me if it possible to have multiple materilas and a uv wrapped layer on a single object? or point me in the direction of a suitable tutorial.
