Multiple Textures

How would i go about laying textures over eachother to create a nice deep skin effect?

In F6 you have 10 texture slots at your disposal and in the Material Buttons, in the MapTo tab, third row down on the right you have 9 Blending Modes. Everything else in that tab affects how textures are set up and how they affect other textures.

If the original texture was UVMapped then it and all the others can be mapped to materials thru the MapInput tab and set to follow the UV coordinates by clicking UV at to left.
