Muzen Speaker - Highpoly

50 hours. One Blender project. A lot of tiny details.

I recreated this Muzen speaker entirely in Blender, focusing on hard-surface modeling, clean bevels, mechanical details and the distinctive rounded forms of the original product.

From the speaker grille and textured knob to the screws, handles and small mechanical components, every detail was modeled with the goal of making the asset feel as close to a real manufactured product as possible.

At first glance, I thought this speaker would be quite simple to model, just a collection of basic shapes put together. But once I started working on it, I quickly realized that all those shapes were much more tightly connected than they appeared. Getting the topology to work cleanly while keeping the overall form intact took a lot more time and effort than I expected.

After spending around 50 hours on the modeling, I’m finally at the stage where I can move on to materials, and I’m really excited to see how this model will come to life.
