I’m working on a little project right now but I can’t figure it out.

I’ve got the text right but now I want a background, I know how but the bakcground get really lookin ugly?
When I try to render the image it gets gray?
And the last, i think the most difficult one.
I wan to let the text fly in and then make a few turns, how can I do that.
