I was supose to use After Effects for everything but instead only used after effects to add the music and the jitter lines, the rest was blender. This is my first motion graphics artwork I guess you can say. 
Looks good. Nice eaqualizing on the sound too.
um… not sure what you mean. This was animated in 10 mins rendered in 10 and looked on mp3.com found something decent and threw it on there in a total of 25 mins then 5 more for the lines effect and render output… No sync was try if thats what you mean
