This is my first attempt at character animation - very short, but reasonably successful, I think. A combination of a tutorial by Nathan Dunlap and my own additions. I used the Ludwig rig I’m sure you know about.

It’s a bit stilted, but for your first animation it’s quite good. :]
Only thing, though. If that high-kick he does before stepping down the stairs is supposed to be anticipation, it doesn’t lead into the stepping movement, it just looks like he stops, goes keek into the air, and then walks down.
Yeah, I forgot to mention about that, I just felt like adding something weird (inspired by Monty Python’s ministry of silly walks:D) But yeah, maybe it doesn’t really fit in.
