hey…its been AWHILE since i last posted on here, i just started playing around with yafray…and this is my first decent…IMO… render. i know the reflections are a little overdone but im still learning…C&C welcome 
The reflections are indeed way to heavy. Also try making a background to give more completer reflections. For the rest it’s a very nice start.
I wouldn’t play on a pool table like that, I’d be too darn afraid to break the mirror balls

yeah the 8 ball kinda disappears but otherwise that looks pretty cool
I don’t know if you have already been told that that’s too much reflective 
I’d model out the rest of the table, and add some environment too
