I might start on a body next then texture but look at it…
It’s a good start, but I would spend some time refining it. I see issues with the eyebrows in particular, but I think you should pull that lower lip back a bit. To make the lips even is probably THE most common mistake in head modelling. Nice job though. You have every right to be proud of this model.
