this is my first lightsaber .i haven’t been useing blender long so comments and crit would be killer

At first glance it looks good, but it’s kind of hard to critique a blue lightsaber blade on a blue background. Make the background color something more contrasting (like black), then post again.

What technique did you pick for the glow?

Assuming “killer” means “good”, I’ll comment: not bad, but I think the white ‘core’ should be smaller and surrounded by more glow… but once again, hard to tell on a blue background.
