My first showreel - 2015 works

Hi everybody!

I’m glad to be back again, here. I’ve been busy these last weeks preparing a couple of showreels for commercial purposes.

The first one is related with my first series, the collection of six works called Made with Love (the series). It was the beginning of everything, for me.

I made an exhibition and I´d love now to sell my fine art prints, finally online, in a limited edition.

This collection was made during 2015. I used Blender and ZBrush for modeling and sculpting, and Cycles for rendering. Some image adjustments with Photoshop.

Very nice! I like the one with snails and bananas especially. You have some nice translucent materials there. What I think your renders may lack are some small imperfections, like dirt, dust, some small light randomness or lens distortion.

Thank you for your review, Czerw! I’m glad you like it. And you are right, they are maybe too clean. Too perfect to be real…

Maybe I was too idealistic in that time :wink: It is part of my goal, now: to do something dirtier. We’ll see what happens. Maybe the dirtiness on the renders can help me to change my mind… Maybe it is not neccessary. Anyway, dirt on renders is still for me a tricky issue.
