This is the model in 3D of my real house I’ve made. The wall’s are modeled in Sketchup and all the other stuffs in Blender. I’m making this to plan some implementations I’m thinking to do in the house. This implementations I’ll model later. Now is just texturize it and make a composition for a final render.
By the way, the renders I’ve made in Indigo, +/- 30m each render.
Yes, the idea is to model as detailed as it’s possible including courtyard, sidewalk, driveway, some trees and cars and finaly texturit and make the final render. I’m planing to make some changes in the house (the real one) so I’m modeling this future changes to have an idea about how it’ll be in the future as you can see bellow.
I still have a lot of things to fix, and appreciate more C&C.
Very cool! Are you going to texture it? Sure the white walls look good, but I would think that it would need, at the least, a minor bump map apllied to the walls.
That’s nice man!
The trees are really cool. Can you tell us how you made them?
Some comments:
-There’s something wrong with the texture of the tree in the second picture. It looks stretched.
-The stone-texture could use a little (more?) bump mapping.
-The road looks not good IMO. Don’t make it that black and/or give it a texture… or just look out your window and check it out!
Hello everyone, Thanks for the replyes!!! I’m sorry take so long time to answer, but my home PC is broken (Mainboard burned), and I’m accessing just by my office PC.
I’ve made the trees using the L-System script. I’ts a very good/easy script to generate realistics trees (and just now I’ve discovered there’s a new version of it.
Thaks man,
-It’s no wrong whith the texture, but the wrong texture. This tree is using in this picture the palm texture. It’s already fixed.
-I agree with you. It’s already bumped. I’ll post new pictures later.
-The asphalt is not textured yet, it’s just a black simple material.
Tahks for all comments. See bellow some internal tests Im making:
this is a really great piece of work. I think everything is pretty much perfect but one thing.
that stone material ur using is a bit flat looking. It would be tricky, but if you could use normal maps to give it some texture it would look really cool.
The stone is already using normal and bump maps. It’s just increase a little bit the bumpping to get a better looking. I’ll make a new render with it fixed and post here to show!!
