Hello there. I’m not going to claim any advanced modelling skills, but then I do like to keep things simple. I’ve taken the leap over to 2.8 and have enjoyed using the texture paint tools. Next: Animated textures via Grease Pencil. Below should be a link to the model on Sketchfab. I HOPE (not done this before):

Glad to see your interest in 3d modeling and the like! There are so many tutorials online, I would start going through them. Start with the basics.
