I was adding bones to a object and after I deleted the bone my object went to see through and it is in edit mode also I have hit the ‘Z’ button several times and it is still messsed up. If you can tell me how to take a in blender shot I can give you a image of what I am talking about.

Yeah, a screen would help. Hitting Alt+PrintScreen takes a screen shot of the active window to the clip board. Hitting just PrintScreen takes a shot of the entire screen. Then just paste it into whichever 2D image editor.

Blender 2.4 has a menu option to dump 3D view image.
You’ll get a (jpg?) output (in my case) the first 3D window.
