My views are all messed up?????????

Hi i am having trouble in blender when i hit 1 or 3 or 7 or any of the viewport keys they don’t come up how they used to it now doesn’t have the grid behind and doesn’t work.

I hope the image posts if not ill post a reply with it

With the image if you can see it has front view in the top left but that is not front view.

I do hope i can get help from this

If you look in the top left corner of the 3d view you are in Front Persp view. This means you are in Perspective view. The backgroung grid is only visible in Orthographic view. To toggle between the two use numpad 5
