N-Panel doesn't display any addons

Hello,

I haven’t experienced something like this before! I updated an add-on and now all the add-ons in the N-panel are gone. Some are still accessible through the menu in the viewport, but otherwise, they are nowhere to be found. They are visible in the add-on installation list where they are installed. It looks almost like factory settings! Is it possible for me to delete a directory in the Win11 installation that will then be recreated upon startup?

If I deactivate all of them, close Blender, and then reactivate them, they seem to come back to life again.
