N00b in need of help

I would really like to learn how to model! I have seen really amazing pictures done with blender and I would like to be able to do the same. I was wondering if anyone knew a few really good modeling tutorials or if anyone had any ideas where I should start learning how to model.

I have searched tutorials online but all I founded was a huge amount of tutorials mixed up. It’s hard to find just a basic modeling tutorial that would show me the basics and some more challenging tutorials that would teach me how to model those awsome models I have seen

This is the best place to start. It will give you strong introduction to all the main aspects of Blender, and also point you towards more advanced tutorials once you’re finished.

Jonathan Williamson’s video tutorials are very good. Once you’ve completed the Noob to Pro stuff, you should try out these two:

He’s also got some DVDs for sale here:

If you prefer something written down, check out the character animation book in my signature which has several long tutorials on modeling a human head and a full body character (and also rigging and animation).
