NACA air foils to 3d shape then loft. How?

I am looking for a tutorial on how to make the following shape and refine the shape for lower drag.

From

Using Blender and Simscale for CFD.

  1. use NACA 66-018 airfoil to create left and right prfiles http://airfoiltools.com/airfoil/details?airfoil=naca66-018-il

  2. Use NACA 66-018 airfoil for top and bottom profiles.

  3. Stretch shapes to fit a motorcycle.

  4. Test and refine shape to maximize laminar flow.

  5. Add wing to cover rear wheel and reduce interference drag.

  6. Add canopy.

  7. Refine shape to reduce drag as much as possible.

  8. Get the cross sections every 7.5cm to hot wire cut foam and produce a mold for building a fairing.

So it would be helpful if I can find the relevant tutorial to create the shape, adjust it for lower drag and loft it.

Its my understand that CFD requires a CAD model because it creates a mesh internally as part of the analysis. Therefore, a mesh created by another application will most likely be unusable.

Darn I can’t make cad files with Blender. That sucks. I’ll try to find a program can can make this shape in a cad file for simulation.

there are free soft to make NACA profile
I got somewhere a script to make some of these profile
can check if you need it
