I have this a 2D image of 3D character, and I need it to be turned into a 3D model/fbx. So this is a modeling job.

Couple of notes: The model is anime and Sora (from Kingdom Hearts 2) inspired. He is a shadow character, but his eyes and heart both have white emission. I would want the shirt longer, and he should be in a T-Pose.
