I have a very complex Transformer animation that was originally imported from alembic (so there are no keyframes). The frames range from -72 to 998, and I want just frames -30 to 195 to save as a new file (reset as frames 1-225 as Octane won’t render negative frames). I’ve posted on the support forum asking how to do this (as well as on stack) but haven’t been able to get any answer. What I want seems very simple but I’ve been unable to find out how to do it on my own and it’s holding up my entire project.
Would be awesome if there was even a script or something that could do this for me as there will be other instances where I’ll want to grab a segment of the entire animation.
Would be willing to pay for someone’s time as well.
