am trying to create captain blender logo in the book introducing character animation with blender,at the begining its telling to add an empty object.i did and i just cant get the logo on the empty object its just lines and when i finished the whole instruction,the character was like he was painted the colors of the logo colors.please help.
Obviously, you will need to post the blend-file.
But first, I suggest that you set this file aside (don’t discard it, and don’t overwrite it), then very-carefully start over with the entire exercise. Re-read the chapter, then try the whole thing again, being extremely careful not to leave a single step out.
Finally… “perservere.” Frustration is, quite frankly, something that you need to (try to…) expect when you are embarking upon a learning process such as this. (Particularly a learning process “such as this!”) Resist the urge to punch a hole through your computer monitor, and please don’t take it out on the nearby walls and desk-ornaments. Balance the time that you (will…) spend “beating your head against this thing,” and time spent getting away from it for a while. “Sometimes you’re the bird, and sometimes you’re the statue.” Don’t feel like you’re the only one out there that feels this way … all of us do, and on a fairly-regular basis.
