You’re going to have to be much more specific. What exactly is happening, what have you done etc.

In Text Editor menu - Templates, Python, first from the list Addon_Add_Object has it all:

  • bl_info block to find addon in User Preferences, Addons and
  • register() to tell Blender what you have in your addon’s code.
