Unfortunately I don’t know anything about rigging or posing 
Have you tried googling anything about rigging first and tried that? We aren’t going to write you a custom tutorial for how to do the whole thing from start to finish. At least not when it’s a topic like this that most certainly has plenty of coverage online.
It’s better to actually try something yourself, then come back and ask specific questions when you get stuck.

Tell us about your project. Animation ? still render ? what’s the context ?
You would normally start with an open hand, rig it, and then shut it into a fist. Im actually quite impressed youve built a fist, but selecting all the verts that will connect to (say) the 3rd bone in the middle finder will prove hard.
