Need help rigging bendy bone character limbs

Hi

I have a very simple stop motion style puppet that’s nearly finished, but am having problems rigging the arms & wrists to work how I want them to.

Probably a simple job for someone more experienced with rigging than me, and I’m hoping it can be done in a couple of hours. If anyone’s interested I’ll provide more details on what the problems are and we can talk money.
