Hello guys, i need help, my top bar menu is lost somehow, I added a screen so you can see, everything is lost, show menus is checked but still nothing, i deleted and reinstalled and still the same.
I guess you have to delete the folder / prefences before a new install. But i have no mac and dont know where it might be.
So I’m not the only one loosing the menus. Don’t know how, but if you go to the area where the menu should appear, watch the cursor change to arrowup/down. With pressing the left mouse button and moving a slight bit the menu reappears 
Which version of Blender is it ?
I solved the problem for now by deleting and reinstalling the 2.9 version of blender, this problem was on the current version 3.0.1 I guess, thanks for the help guys, I will try BigR’s solution when upgrading next time
