Hello great blender minds!

Can anyone tell me how to rebuild the geometry or what needs to be done to remove these artifacts or make them less noticeable, but at the same time the bevel has retained its size. I will be glad for any help

Have you made sure that there’s not something wrong with your mesh (duplicate vertices, interior faces,…)?

There are no duplicate vertices or faces, I suspect that this is due to the fact that there are too many Bevel Weights in one vertex and overlap each other. I can’t figure out how to properly Bolean a cube and a cylinder and build geometry between them, so that in the end the Bevel Weights would work as it should while keeping the cylinder smooth

Where are the artefacts you’re talking about? Maybe work with real bevels instead of Bevel modifier?
