Need help with mouth topology

Hello! I have made myself a character reference sheet and want to add those little fangs on my characters mouth.

Now I have no idea how to go about this, does anybody have any tutorials that cover something like this? (I couldn’t find any) Or can just somebody point me in the right direction cause this is kinda my first time making face topology.
