Need some fresh eyes to tell me what feels too off in this render :v

if you notice anything that is standing out too much or just down right bad i would appreciate if you could tell me :^D

Th most immediate thing I notice is the lack of realistic lighting, which is caused by insufficient light bounce.

I’m guessing this is an Eevee render? If so is it the old Eevee or the new Eevee in Blender 4.2?

With a window like that and a sunny day outside this room would be much more illuminated.

It’s difficult to comment on anything else as it’s all in heavy flat shadow.

Hi, some points I’d look at.

The furniture is too perfect versus the ‘rustic’ beams and structural wood work of the room. Especially the two pieces of furniture in the foreground.

What is the focus of the image? I’m not sure if you want to focus on the chair or the pool of light on the floor? If it’s the chair, bring it out into the pool of light a bit so it casts interesting shadows. Maybe make the chair out of a lighter colour of wood or paint / stain it white so it pops out a bit more.

I’d look to add dust suspended in light beams from the window. The rustic nature of the room suggests it would be dustier than normal.

The window bothers me a bit because it doesn’t look like it has glass in it. It must do because the otherwise the bed would get wet in the rain but if it is glazed I can’t see anything that supports the glass in the panes.

Hi, the God ray I think would improve the render
