How comes you don’t want to try making it yourself by the way? I have a general idea of how to make this but I’m busy teaching myself about modifiers right now lol, I know some videos on YouTube that might be able to help you, if you like?

If you don’t want to make your model in Blender, you could also learn how to make it using VRoid instead.
Here’s a website that teaches you about MMD (Miku Miku Dance) it also teaches you about other programs, however I have not gone deep into Vroid or MMD, I would use this as a last resort when all hope is lost.
