New Blender 2.56 Network Render Website Theme

Hay everyone…
I was looking at the Webpage interface for the network rendering service built into blender, and decided it was pretty ugly looking…

So I spruced it up a little bit with a neat little mod…

Now you can have the same look as well…
Please note that these install instructions are only for the official blender 2.56 build on the blender website…

Instructions:

  • First Download This File
  • Next go to <Blender Install Directory>\2.56\scripts\io
    etrender
  • Backup netrender.css (if something breaks simply restore this backup and all is well)
  • Finally replace my downloaded file with netrender.css in this directory…

Now you have a sexy web interface!

BTW, I forgot to tell you guys… My theme doesn’t show any of the TovenNet stuff just the Render Farm Page…

I like it. Personally I would lose the wood background and go with a very subtle silver, while going on a white background where it is black now.
