New Blue Room

Here’s a room I’ve been working on. I’ve only spent a few hours on it, so there’s a lot missing. Comments would be greatly appreciated.

not bad,where is the light though?scale down the texture on the floor,and
youll have a better looking room,still good work.

You don’t like the plush carpet? I tried to make the resolution very tight, but it complained that there were too many vertices when I tried to subdivide one more time. :slight_smile:

I think I’m going to make a light next, but I haven’t been able to decide what style to make it. I hate boring old Home Depot lights.

The two girls are drawings I made. They were just cover models for some catalog. I was bored one night and wanted to draw and they were the only models I had.

nice, but i would add to the carpet so it didn’t look like rock, maybe try adding a noise texture?? but what do i know, i have never tried modeling carpet

Try using a plane with a nice carpet texture, maybe clouds cause procedurals look good, and give it a good bumpmap (turn on [NOR]). That will make modeling much easier. Other than that, very nice!
