The interior looks a little like a display window in a furniture store. Add some more simple walls by thinking a little about the actual floorplan. Maybe even show a little bit of a window going out the back of the structure. The only thing visible is that couch which looks very large. Compare the seat height of the outdoor chairs and the seat height of the couch. Add more props, you can still maintain a clean, modern look by doing this. You don’t have to overdo it down to the crumbs on a plate (you could) but add something like a picture on the wall, a lamp, a rug, maybe another piece of furniture or two. Also, if that is a fireplace (sweet design if it is), I would consider adding just something to make it more clear. And for the other unknown, is that a pool? If so add some water! I found a quick and simple way to do this in an interior render of mine if you need help.
Overall I really like the design, it just doesn’t look as good in the night render because I can see the interior, or lack there of.
I agree with H3X. Some furniture inside would definitely add to the image. I feel the daylight image is too bright and doesn’t show enough of what needs to be shown. It looks like a photograph taken at noon. The best time to take a photo would be either sunrise or sunset. That’s when the light isn’t harsh and gives you a beautiful colour. You might want to try that.
And the night scene is too dark. Would be nicer to have some internal lights, a fireplace and maybe some subtle reflections on the windows as well.
