New Fracture Script

I’ve enabled the Fracture add-on but can’t get it working. I’ve added mesh, fracture, hardbody record and bomb.
But I have no idea how to tweak the settings in the game logic window.

Also do I need to pre-cut my shards or are they generated by the script?

In theory, my crude understanding is that the script fractures the shards, makes them into rigid bodies, and assigns them collision properties in the game logic editor.

Unfortunately, I could not get the bomb to work, but there is a workaround where you can manually set each piece to only move when collided with by another object.

Wait - just discovered that for some reason when I fracture a cylinder, the pieces stay together and don’t fly off at all - they collide correctly with the ground plane.

Yet when I fracture a cube, the pieces fly off. Strange.
