Another rough, used about 4 colors with a reference image from a photoshop tutorial. I like the character in this girl’s face and tried to capture it.

This is good drawing but if you want some criticism to help you improve your craft:
yes, the head has nice colouring, but is misshapen. The forehead should recede in a bit above the brow then slope outwards. Also your picture the cheek is too prominent (looks odd), and her right cheek bone/jaw looks very tiny compared to mouth. The eyes aren’t lining up and don’t look ideal (also maybe this is intended 
Her mouth is joined to her nose! And her nose looks a bit like a trunk.
Get some art books about Symmetry and overall forms.
search google scribd and search there “Lear how to draw” or “dinamics of human figures”
or Andrew Loomis.
I general you must correct the scull shape the mouth the nose all it is to much to be modified so better learn and remake it.
You have the talent you must enhance it.
Get a sketch book an draw if your tablet it is no help.

I would say that everything about her head looks fine except her mouth and part of her nose. I would consider making her lips a tad smaller and make her teeth smaller. She looks like a human bunny now. I would also try those shapes without details, just do some simple blocks of colors until you nail it.
Put her an couple of “Bunny Ears” and will be next “Playboy” mascot :))
One tip for you draw a triangle from the eyes corners down to the chin it must bee with all lines equal …then you will see that head it is proportional.
Keep sketching but try to learn the forms than using reference for all the work , references are good but for the final detail that you can`t imagine it in forms like skin texture color wrinkles and overall form.

True, I should have used reference images, but I wanted to try and freestyle a convincing head. She does look like a weasel-bunny-from-da-underworld.
I think that if I can’t fix this today, I am going to work on something else.
