Poor Elon needs to find ways to fix the money sinkhole? Thankfully, the value of Twitter posts is rather questionable. For machine learning, you need good quality data, which isn’t one of the strengths of Twitter

I don’t think that Elon is strapped for money. Seeing all the Elon hate is very discouraging. He does a lot of good for the world, but because he’s not taking any crap anymore and isn’t afraid to be political, suddenly he’s the bad guy. Also, because he’s rich, and all rich people are evil, obviously. Both Tesla and SpaceX do wonders to advance us as a species, but bad Elon said something I don’t agree with on X, and his timeliness are often optimistic, so now he’s the devil.
I don’t even agree with most of his political stuff, but it’s impossible to deny his impact on the popularity of electric vehicles. Not to mention SpaceX running circles around the rest of the world

Cool news for 3D artists, but, it also means that some scammers will be able to fake their entry in 3d art contest and “prove” their “3dart” is real by providing these fake passes.

How is it useful for 3D artists? We already have those views (and correct ones, this is most likely hallucinated and inaccurate)… this will only serve the scammers/grifters. Just like that other ai that could fake timelapses for drawings/paintings.
You could create full delit rgb texture and normal from a single give photo of a texture you took yourself

You could already do that… Without “AI” (http://boundingboxsoftware.com/materialize/") and with AI (Adobe’s Sampler)… and there are probably more tools that do that…
