I came across this vid on Youtube and was hyped…but then settled down and thought I should actually askif Blender could do something like this.
If yes what tutorials or approach would you suggest a noob doing?
My initial focus is just to make a still of an F1 car and then move on to ultimately making something more full on with animation

I’m sure it can cope with doing something similar to the YouTube video… if you’ve got the skills.
