Newbie, simple question.

It’s late and i’m sleepy. i apologize first for this stupid question, but, in the DOS window it shows “Not Installed Python found. Only built-in modules are available. Some scripts may not run.”. i’ve installed python 2.4, but it happens yet.
Some help?
